The heart of formation at Nashotah House is the year-round, twice-daily rhythm of worship.
As the Prayer Book directs, “the Holy Eucharist, the principal act of Christian worship on the Lord’s Day and other major Feasts, and Daily Morning and Evening Prayer . . . are the regular services appointed for public worship.” All services are public, and visitors are welcome. Look for the bulletin, Book of Common Prayer, and hymnals inside the chapel entrance to help guide you through each liturgy. Hymn boards list the hymns, service music, and psalms appointed for each liturgy. From September through May, all services take place in the Chapel of St. Mary the Virgin. In the summer, the services are held in the Red Chapel (St. Sylvanus), located behind the Garth.
If you cannot join us in person for worship, we invite you to view our daily chapel livestreams.
