Certificate of Anglican Studies

Certificate of Anglican Studies

Nashotah House offers a one-year program in Anglican Studies designed for those who have been trained or ordained in another tradition and who are now seeking ordained ministry in the Episcopal Church or another Anglican jurisdiction. It is also available for students who have done some preparation for ordination in non-Anglican seminaries or alternative programs. The program offers a basic course of studies designed to ground students in Anglican theology, history, method, and devotion. Those enrolled in this program meet the same requirements as regularly enrolled students in terms of academic work and participation in the life of the community. Persons not having the MDiv degree may integrate Anglican studies into the MTS degree. Those who are not seeking a degree will receive a Certificate in Anglican Studies.
